Liability Waiver and Disclaimer

As a stump grinding service provider, ATX Stump Grinding is not responsible for any damage to water sprinkler lines, underground utilities, or other hidden infrastructure that may be present on the property. It is the client's responsibility to warn ATX Stump Grinding of the locations of all underground lines and utilities prior to commencement of work.

By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

1. ATX Stump Grinding will not be held liable for any damage caused to water sprinkler lines, underground utilities, or other infrastructure that was not clearly marked or disclosed prior to work.

2. It is the client's sole responsibility to inform and warn ATX Stump Grinding of all underground lines, utilities, and potential hazards on the property.

3. The client accepts full responsibility for any damage resulting from unmarked or undisclosed underground lines or utilities.

4. For safety reasons, all dogs, small children, and other residents should be kept inside the house and away from the work area while work is being performed.

5. The client releases ATX Stump Grinding its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from such damage or accidents.

6. ATX Sump Grinding will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to foundation, concrete, or driveway by the client. It is advised that griding should take place at least 5 ft away from any concrete, driveway or patio.

7. We ATX Stump Grinding may not be held liable for any tire marks left by our machines on the client's property. Please keep in mind the tire mark do washaway after some rain.
